Back in the 70's, album tracks got infrequent plays on the rare soul scene though there were exceptions such as Bobby Hutton's "Lend A Hand" but they were few and far between. I was also always interested in collecting albums and would often pick them up for one or two dance tracks. This album was one of the ones I got from Soul Bowl, the famous UK record outlet run by John Anderson, as I tried during the late 70's to find more obscure "modern" tracks as they were called back then.
The only information I have about the group is from the sleevenotes and they were a 8-piece based in Las Vegas.
