I started my Soul Of Liverpool blog back in 2005 but I have let is slip for one reason and another. I have decided to re-activate the blog as we get closer to Liverpool City of Culture 2008. I have kicked off with a post celebrating the life of Vincent Ismail, a former member of the Liverpool soul group The Harlems, who died on 13/2/07.
