Ian Levine; Edwin Starr I Have In You

Ian Levine has decided to share over 100 videos of his productions via You Tube. I must applaud the man for making available so many opportunities to see a host of soul artists who he has worked with over the years.

The videos cover all Levine's work including the early Northern Soul tailor-mades, the Hi Energy years, the Motor City project and the Strange World Of Northern soul video as well as many other smaller projects. This is some collection which has a very important historical significance. Many of the artists featured have died and the videos which Ian made are the only visual record we have of them. I also enjoyed reading Ian's extensive notes for each video which add up to a small book!!!
