Just got my hands on Concord's Stax 50th Anniversary Celebration Box Set. I must say that Concord have done an excellent job.Cheryl Pawelski and Rob Bowman who produced and compiled the box set have put together a beautifully mastered and presented celebration deserving of some of the world's finest music. We may know the songs but they still sound as fresh as ever and the archives have turned up yet more unseen photographs of our heroes and heroines that are worth the admission fee!!!
