Calvin Arnold Mini Skirt VentureI am not sure which soul recording first mentioned the mini skirt in it's lyrics - perhaps it was Mack Rice Mini-Skirt Minnie Stax. The mini skirt was frequently referred to in mid to late 60's soul songs as was another fashion the hot pants in the early 70's.
