Just picked up on a great 45 Hope from Glen Anthony Henry on Unique Records - here's his bio:
GLEN ANTHONY HENRY is a soul singer from L.A., California. Passionate defender of the afroamerican movement, he started singing in church and studying the works of the old masters of 60’s and 70’s soul. In 1998 he collaborated with Erykah Badu, and did lead and backing vocals with many many artists in Europe and USA. His first album on Unique label will be written by himself and the keyboardist, composer, arranger and producer Carlo Coupé (his band’s conductor). It has been recorded at STUDIOS 3 & 4 of Funkorama records, using tape machines and vintage gear (60's and 70's microphones, mic preamps and processors, amplifiers and instruments). HE IS SOUL BROTHER NUMBER ONE!!!
