I've had a message from the Bert's Apple Crumble gang:

Anybody who's going to see Paul Weller at the Derby Assembly Rooms on MONDAY 12th MAY 2008, will be delighted to hear that BERT'S APPLE CRUMBLE will be putting an after show party together, giving fans a chance to carry the 'mod' experience right through until 3.30am, at a brand new venue for Derby City Centre - just a few minutes walk form the Assembly Rooms, The Royal on Victoria Street. www.theroyalderby.co.uk

To make it extra special we've invited some very special guests to join you, and will be welcoming ANDY LEWIS back to the club to spin some tunes for you. Andy last played Bert's in October last year, whilst charting in the UK with his Acid Jazz single with Mr Weller, titled 'Are you Trying To be Lonely?'. Since that time Andy's kept in close contact with Paul Weller, in fact he's now part of the band.
