Just found ou that the guys are performing in Brussels in December. Here's the blurb from the Brussels Rhythm & Blues Club:8th December 2007 - Gene Drayton Unit (UK), plus BRBC house band The Witness. Gene Drayton Unit is a five piece from London playing original instrumental rhythm 'n' blues with a modern Hammond-tenor sax-and-guitar twist. GDU, making a welcome return to the BRBC, has released 5 vinyl singles and two CDs (Smells Like '66 and At The Jazz Traffic Lights). The band has a residency at London's prestigious 100 Club, as well as gigging extensively across England, Ireland, France, Spain, Sweden and Italy.
