Kings Go Forth

I was tipped to this band by the guys over on Funk Forum.

Kings Go Forth are a 9-piece Milwaukee combo featuring 3 lead vocalists. The band includes ex (and in some cases current) members of Highball Holiday, The Pacers, International Jet Set, The Essentials, De La Buena, and many more. They started writing and rehearsing in early 2007.

The band consist of vocalists Danny Fernandez, Matt Norberg and Black Wolf (Bilal); Bass- Andy Noble; Guitar- Dan Flynn; Drums - Jeremy Kuzniar; Trombone - Dave Cusma; Trumpet and Jed Keyboards - Dave Wake

A KGF 45 is being finalized in the near future featuring 'You're the One' backed with 'One Day'.

You can have a listen to the rough cuts on their MySpace which were recorded at band practice with one mic into audacity so don't expect too much from that. Apparently, they were put up for Sharon Jones' booking agency so they could get an opening slot.
