Billy Griffin New CD

Just heard Richard Searling play a track called Like Water from a forthcoming CD from ex-Miracle Billy Griffin. This is his first new product for some time and it sounded very promising - strong song and good production.

I met Billy briefly in 2004 in LA at the big soul bash at the Hilton and he said then that he was working on new material.

Check out Billy's website especially because he has some great photos covering his entire career.

If you want to catch Richard Searling's excellent radio show every Saturday 6pm to 9pm UK time then check out the Smooth FM station:

Lady Ariel: One of the original

commenting on the upcoming CD from Billy Griffin, Like Water.
" I just heard the title song and
I predict that this will be the
    one of Billy Griffin's " Finest Hours. Like Water has it all;
grooving instrumentation, sex appealing vocals and kickin' lyrics. Everything you need for that evening with your special someone.
Go on wid it, Brother! "

I'm glad to see that Billy Griffin
has returned to the recording business. He, his sexy voice and
his dynamic music has been surely
    missed. Welcome back, Mr. Griffin.
Love the title of your forthcoming
CD. I was blessed enough to hear some of it and I must admit, I'm anxious to get a copy for my own enjoyment.

Why can't there be more vocalists
like Billy. Why can't we return to the day when all music sounded
like " Grown Folks Music ".
Thank you, Billy for taking us on
the real music tour. Maybe others
    will follow in your footsteps.
Love the little tease you gave us
on your website. Can't wait to
    get the new CD.

I was and still am a big fan of Billy Griffin ever since his days
with the Miracles. I am so happy to see that he's releasing a new
    CD. Like Water sounds like
typical BG style, music you just
want to love. I am waiting impatiently to get a copy.

Sometimes you can look back at the history of a great R&B artist to find a pivotal point in their career when something monumental happened to make them a classic artist. This CD is Billy Griffin's pivotal moment. Remember you read it here first.

Billy, I'm impressed by the musical segment that I was
    fortunate enough to hear while
    visiting your website.
    That's Grammy winning material,
    you know.

If you love Billy, you must love Philly - Phil Perry, that is!

Another great singer keeping the real music alive...

Check out his Classic Love Songs on Amazon.com

It's about time the Real Singers took their place at the head of the pack.

I do believe we have seen the worst music begin to disappear....

Thank you for giving long overdue props to Billy Griffin...
